”Very pleasant staff. The young lady at the front desk was willing to go above amd beyond for my brother during our stay. Hes disabled, so traveling can be a big challenge for us. The pool was great, clean, and the wheelchair lift worked. I am sad to say, no hotels offer a 2 queen suite that has wheelchair accessories in the rooms. Roll in shower, 2 queen beds, just wide enough for a person in a wheelchair or walker can maneuver in the room without having to move furniture. Including this...

”clean room, no ice, coke machine sells for 3.50 but takes 4.50 from your card. office says coke machine (two of them) are at your own risk. thee hotel has nothing to do with them and there is no phone number for a refund. they then said we don't make money from it so we don't give refunds for it and why would we have a phone number we don't make any money from those machines.”

”Did book a room with balcony but was given one with a patio instead. Nothing wrong with that per se but the patio was surrounded by fences and there were no furniture whatsoever there. Also pool was out of use. Lots of homeless persons around the area and obviously quite a few of the guests were locals accommodated at the hotel. The room itself was adequate and clean. ”

”When I arrived, I was given the key to my room. Upon entering it, the room had an overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke, and the bathtub had burn marks on and in it. I was so disgusted that i grabbed my stuff and went back to the main office to try and switch rooms. When I entered that room, it smelled far worse than the first one and the carpets were so filthy.
