We booked a king room but were given a room with one double bed… and the other bed completely missing. ”Bed linens were yellow stained. Towels were threadbare. Tub and shower were dirty. Hair everywhere. Eggs cold, biscuits old and hard. Do not recommend ”

”Property was OK but over priced and the staff was terrible . Manager Wanda was rude and even called the police to have us removed . We paid for a room with a single king bed and was given 2 doubles. When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party (Expedia) . Also kids were in the hall ways screaming and yelling . If you book through a 3rd party the hotel says you can be treated like a 2nd class citizen . ”

”Dated and old rooms. Peeling paint, bubling drywall. Patched and unpainted walls. Breakfast was barely existent and woeful. Not what one would expext for a $100.00 plus room.Wake up Red Roof Inns. Yes we like value but this one failed. 1st room smelled of cat urine and quilt was stained. Poor conditions overall. ”

”Floors through out were dirty and grimy, no pool towels even though we were told they had them. We had 4 people on our booking and they only gave us 3 towels total. The room might not have even been cleaned. The fridge has old drinks in it. The bathroom is falling apart and the door is very hard to open since it scrapes the floor of the bathroom. For $126 it was pitiful. I would t pay more than $60 and that’s pushing it. ”

”Arrived at 6:30pm, no one was working at the desk. Rang both bells, tried this for about 20 minutes. Finally another guest wandered by and mentioned that I might need to check-in at the hotel next door. The entire lobby smells of smoke or weed. Oddly the room did not. ”I did NOT stay there. The property is run down, I was given 2 different rooms and both were very poor. The bathrooms were disgusting, tubs were moldy. The first room #301 bathroom looked like a child was repairing the caulking and grout. Unbelievable how poor this property is. ”
