”Maybe my expectations were high, considering the high price of the rooms and the fact it’s a well-known hotel. We checked in, made it all the way up to our room and our key didn’t work. I walked down to the desk, they made me a new one, I went back to the room and again it didn’t work. I asked staff if they had a direct line to call if I had more issues and they told me I needed to call from the room (which I obviously couldn’t enter). ”The room was very clean, nice anesthetic overall. I did not visit the pool but it looked very busy. But it was a July Saturday in Minnesota. Staff was helpful. My only advice would be to bring your own snacks, the 24/7 Market is priced for convenience.”
