”The breakfast was delicious—much better than expected. The hotel had bikes that we were allowed to use for free. There were some awesome bike trails nearby and we enjoyed exploring them. The light rail was inexpensive and very convenient, although it seems as though it will be replaced with buses for the month of July to allow maintenance of the tracks. There was no restaurant in the hotel but there were some tempting restaurants within walking distance.”

”I usually stay at high end boutique hotels, so I ended up here only because I needed a place for an unexpected layover. The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point.
What really set this place apart was the service. Maya at the front desk and the gentleman at the door were exceptional. They treated me like a friend, gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to go during my delay,...

”Our AirPods were stolen out of our suitcase while in the hotel room. The room had what appeared to be water damage and patches work on the walls. We moved rooms due to a large red stain (likely wine) in the first room and the second room we moved to also had the same appearance of water damage and drywall patching in the room”

”some areas of the room were a tad dirty. the channels on the guide did not meet match what was showing on the tv. we called to get that fixed but staff never came up to take a look at it. this was during the FIFA world cup games and we wanted to watch it in the own comfort of our room. they told us it will be about 20 mins and no one showed up and we never bothered to really call back b/c it was a waste of our time.
another note I would like to make is that the front desk staff didn't ask us...
