Viehättävä järvi talo kauniilla Lake Independence

Viihtyisä mökki tyyli Lake House sopii rentouttavaan viikonloppuun. Uudistettu vuonna 2016, tämä pako tarjoaa avoimen keittiön upouusi laitteita, suuri poreallas tyyli kylpyamme / suihku, jossa on lämmitetty kylpyhuone lattia, iso makuuhuone upeat järvinäkymät, poreallas, veneen talon kannen, "pub" tyyli baari , 70 "televisio, Pacman / Donkey Kong arcade-kone ja paljon muuta. Lake House sijaitsee viehättävän kaupunkipuiston vieressä, jossa on keinut ja piknikpöydät. Puiston vieressä on myös veneiden laskeutuminen niille, jotka haluavat tuoda vesilelut.

Suuri uinti Lillypadin vesimattoineen, kahdella puhallettavalla kajakilla. On myös mukava laituri, mutta huomaa, että se on jaettu kahden muun naapurin kanssa ja on teknisesti puiston omaisuutta, mutta se on saatavilla pihalla vieressä sijaitsevasta puistosta. Vaikka olen harvoin naapureita, kun olen siellä, kerran ja jonkin aikaa he voivat käyttää sitä pääsemään veneeseen tai järvelle. Tämä on yksi niistä lähiöistä, joissa ihmiset ovat ystävällisiä, hengailla yhdessä, nauttivat järvestä ja lapset pelaavat palloa kaduilla. Se on niin hauskaa.

Toinen huomautus tästä talosta. Se ei ole omistettu VRBO-ominaisuus. Se tarkoittaa, että sillä on joitakin asioita - kuten vaatteita kaapissa. Omat asiat saavat runsaasti tilaa, ja se on niin puhdas ja kutsuva kuin odotat. Mutta jotkut ihmiset haluavat, että niiden vuokrat ovat tyhjiä, joten haluan vain tietävän. Teen tämän hauska tapa jakaa taloni. Se sisältää astioita, ruokailuvälineitä, runsaasti ruoanlaittovälineitä, kylpypyyhkeitä, rantapyyhkeitä, pyykinpesuaineita ja todennäköisesti ylimääräistä pulloa olutta tai kahta.

My Lake House on suunniteltu helpottamaan elämää ja pääsemään pois kaikesta. Se ei ole uusi omaisuus - itse asiassa se oli ollut syksykauppa vuosikymmeniä sitten, joten sillä on vielä vanha talon / hytin viehätys ja omat ihanat puutteet. Mutta on tehty suuria ponnisteluja viihtyisän ja nautinnollisen loman viettoon, jossa perhe ja ystävät nauttivat elämästä järvellä ympäri vuoden.

Vain 25 kilometrin päässä Minneapolisin keskustasta ja vain 5 minuutin päässä hurmaavasta Loretton keskustasta, josta löydät hienoja syö ja herkkuja.

Quick get away!

It was well appointed and very clean. Bed was very cozy. Downstairs very inviting. It always had the feeling you were in someone else's house though...and they were watching you.

Perfect lake getaway for the family!

The house is great - perfect for families with younger kids, as it has all these cool features (e.g. the clubhouse!) that the kids loved discovering. The location is great - right on the water, right next to a little playground, beautiful sunset views! And the owner is great - very communicative, helpful, and welcoming!! I would definitely recommend this and am even considering renting it again for my own family!

Recommend

I was hosting family who was in town for my son’s 19th birthday. Due to Covid we were not able to truly celebrate his 18th nor his graduation, so we decided to go a bit extreme this year. The lake house was a great location, it was beautiful and so cozy. We had people coming in and out everyday and it was not an issue with the neighbors. We had a range of ages and everyone was able to be entertain, so overall great choice for us. The property manager was great! Great communication and so accommodating, we would definitely stay again.

Overall excellent place to stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for our weekend get away. The view, the lake, the awesome bar area and hot tub were the highlights. There were a few areas that could have been a little cleaner (jetted tube/cobwebs) and if you would stay for a full week make sure you prepare to not have full fridge and even less freezer space. Owner very responsive a great hospitality! Overall would definitely go back!

COVID get-away

My family (2 adults, plus a 14-year-old & 10-year-old) spent a long weekend at this cabin in order to get a “COVID-friendly” change of scenery. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and arcade machine, hubby enjoyed the bar area and watching March Madness on the big screen TV. Being March In Minnesota, we didn’t do a lot outside, but we did have a bonfire one night and went for a walk on the hiking/biking trails nearby. The owner, Michael, was helpful, considerate, and generous.

Wonderful home for any Occasion

We loved this location for the family on Thanksgiving. A few snowflakes and great cold weather. We spent a lot of time inside and the lake house suited our every need. Enjoyed the fireplace, fun in the kitchen, nice playground and inside fort (hideaway) for the children. Plenty of space, and wow! for the many football games on the big screen TV. It would be awesome to have the opportunity to enjoy this great location in the summer! Michael created a wonderful environment for guests and responded quickly whenever needed. Thank you, Michael !!

Beautiful home and setting!

This is a wonderful house, with everything you need. The lake is stunning and the most beautiful setting for a gathering or getaway. There are large windows throughout the house, so the views are on display whether inside or out. Michael is very quick to respond to any questions, and super accommodating. I hope to go back soon!

Beautiful Home

Pretty much everything you want from a lake house rental. The home was well appointed and came with everything you'd ever need to make your stay enjoyable. The dock is nice and the water was clean, great for swimming. The back yard is phenomenal, ample room with plenty of space to hang out and gaze upon the lake. The deck above the boathouse is a nice space to lounge as well. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep, the grills are nice and the home has every appliance and utensil you could ever want. The basement is comfy and the entertainment center is great for when you're not hanging outside. Ample sleeping space for everybody and plenty of room. The neighbors are nice and the house sits next to a little park, which was great to toss a frisbee around. The upstairs did get a little warm, so just get that AC running as soon as you check in. We had eight people total staying and everyone was comfortable and gave rave reviews. It is close to the cities and easy to get to. Arranging rides to Wayzata one night wasn't an issue over the weekend, so it is pretty much ideally situated just outside of the twin cities. Michael is a phenomenal host and was quick to respond to my messages. He was very gracious and a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and it was much appreciated. I can't think of a better location to relax with a small group of friends. I will absolutely be back and will be recommending this home to any friends that are looking for a beautiful place to stay that is close to the cities and right on a clean lake. You won't be disappointed!

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! Sunsets are stunning.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our girls weekend! The 8 of us fit comfortably and the amenities are amazing! The sunsets are just beautiful! The owner was very responsive and flexible with our checkin and out schedules. Overall, a wonderful place. Highly recommend for some good relaxing lake time!

Amazing place, with great location, and owner goes above and beyond!

We had a group stay over Memorial weekend and had a great time. Michael really does go above and beyond for your stay. It is a unique home, that has a lot of new updates, which are very nice. The views are gorgeous! It is right on the lake, but not too far from town. Also, very close to Baker National golf course where we played a couple rounds. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Michael!

Beautiful Lake View Even In An April Snowstorm

We rented this cabin for a girls' trip to the Twin Cities with our mom for her 60th birthday. There were flowers for my mom when we arrived which she adored and the house is comfortable and cute! The only downside of our trip was that we were there in a freak April blizzard so we got pretty buried in snow, but the owner checked in on us several times to make sure we were ok and see if we needed anything, as well as sending some neighbors to help dig the cars out of the drive. The views of the lake here are incredible. We all really enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed the nice touches in the property. Hopefully we can re-rent soon in a warmer time of year so we can enjoy paddle boarding and swimming in the lake! Also, the Irish pub in Maple Plain has fantastic food! Highly recommend this house!

This cabin was everthing we were looking for. It's a perfect place to stay. The owner was wonderful. And you will not need anything to have fun, relax, enjoy the fireplace, games, the hot tub an all the other thing they have to make it a perfect get-away. There was 7 of us and everybody sleep great on all the beds. Thanks so much for a memorable weekend.
