Located minutes from bike trails, lakes, Uptown, Downtown, shopping and dining at 50th & France and The West End - this cute home located on a quiet, tree-lined street is close to all Minneapolis has to offer!

The bedrooms are appointed with ultra-comfy Nectar mattresses & tencel sheets. Feel free to bring your dog(s) and enjoy the afternoon/evening sun in the West-facing, fenced, backyard! You'll find two beach cruiser bikes in the garage for your usage.

There are two Roku TV’s in the home, and YouTubeTV and Peacock are provided for guests. The WiFi is fantastic.

Cozy and comfortable house; perfect for a weekend getaway in Mpls area. Easy to get to downtown via Uber (15 min) and food options within 5 minutes. The neighborhood is cute, quiet and the backyard deck was perfect for enjoying the beautiful fall weekend.

Our stay was clean and cozy. Small little spot, but had everything we needed. The fenced backyard and outdoor furniture was great to enjoy the late summer evenings. Only recommendation I'd make to the host is to add photos of the second bedroom and basement area so future guests get a better sense for the sleeping spaces available. The location was great for us and we'd definitely stay here again.

Great, Clean!

We were in town to celebrate match day with our daughter in medical school. Our host was terrific in understanding our needs. We were traveling with our dog so the back yard was perfect. The house is very neat and clean. The house is not large but the perfect size to have some of our friends join us for the “matching”. The neighborhood was easy to navigate. We were very close to everything we needed. Awesome!

Great Host, Great Location, Great Property

We enjoyed our stay. Suburban St. Louis Park is lovely, and with easy access to the highway, this was the perfect location. The house was very clean and surprisingly spacious with a well appointed kitchen. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again if our travels took us to the Minneapolis area. .

Long weekend

Property was near and tidy. Owner great with communication. Had everything we needed. There were only 3 adults so it was perfect and we were just there for a casual visit. The weather was cold so we weren’t able to sit outside but the backyard is fenced in and there is a deck with what appears to be nice patio furniture.

Lovely home

The space was a bit smaller than I anticipated based on the listing photos and was a bit cramped for 5 adults and as we were 5 ladies there for a wedding there was a lack of mirrors. Overall, though this was a great place to stay close to everything the Minneapolis area has to offer. The house was clean, well stocked and well maintained.

Nice But Be Aware

This is a beautifully decorated house. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to parks, trails, etc. But, be aware that you have to travel some busy streets to get to them. Also, be aware that the on-line pictures are misleading. The rooms are much smaller than they appear to be, especially the tiny bathroom (although the exterior view of the house hints at this), The deck does not have a table as shown on-line. It has a fire pit and sofas instead (nice but not what we expected and we were hoping to eat dinners on the deck table). There is now a very small table in the living room so you have a place to eat. Also be aware that the laundry room is in the basement. For our trip, the clothes washer wasn’t working. We informed the landlord when we left and he thanked us for making him aware.

We unexpectedly visited 2 local recommendations from David's welcome binder and both ended up topping our list for our trip to the cities (Paw-tio + Dog Park)! The home was a great location and SO pet friendly with a private yard perfect for morning coffee. Perfect stay for a weekend away.

Great Place!

Super cute home with everything you need. Close to shops and restaurants. Great communication with owner. We had a medical emergency with my dad during the days leading up to the reservation, and he graciously changed our arrival and adjusted fees without incident. Fenced back yard was great for the dogs. Highly recommend!
