Let me be clear the only reason I am giving this a one star rating was the airport shuttle bus driver. If you aren’t planning on using this service, disregard. We stayed at this hotel only because it was close by and we had been stuck at the airport. We signed up for the 3:30 am shuttle back to the airport. The shuttle bus drive warning the shuttle would be leaving promptly at 3:30 and that the crew would at of the morning shuttles were full so this was our only option. I said we are on our way down we will be there ( traveling with two small children). As we were walking out to the shuttle the driver started to pull away. My 7 year old ran after the shuttle yelling for them to stop. When they finally stopped I asked if we could
Please get on, the driver proceeded to tell me the were full. I said aren’t you Bryan who just called me and knew we were on our way down? He just kind of threw his hands up and then stormed out of the shuttle, proceeded to yell at us, and finally myself and my two kids got on the shuttle. In which, low and behold there were plenty of seats for us. Totally unnecessary and unprofessional dramatic scream fest for a shuttle ride.
