The roller shade didn’t shut all the way, I told the front desk and he told me someone would come fix it the next day (Saturday) and no one showed up. I then told the front desk staff that the bed was extremely lumpy and had holes you couldn’t get out of. It was extremely uncomfortable. Then come around 10:15am Sunday, housekeeping chose to open my door as I was still asleep when check out wasn’t even for another hour and 45min. They were extremely rude. Then I got into the elevator and a worker rode it down with me telling me how the “big wigs” are in town so they’re cleaning like crazy to make it look better and that one of those “big wigs” gave him a giftcard. He just had to keep going on and on about how he had to call his mom to tell her and she was ever so surprised. Just super unprofessional. He was a shorter, bald man. I am super displeased with this location. I try to only stay with Hilton and this is a location I will never return to. Spending $300, I should’ve been moved rooms or refunded a night for my stay due to the roller shade mishap and the condition of the bed.
