Stayed here as a quick overnight before catching a connecting flight.
Room and hallways were filthy - dirty carpets that hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Bash curly black hairs left all over the shower walls and floor.
We arrived at 8:30pm and had to put our baby to bed asap so we didn’t have time to change rooms.
Shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not even an option with a 45min wait before pickup so we had to use Lyft. Was annoying since the shuttle was one of the reasons we selected this hotel.
Morning shuttle was fine, but due to our late arrival at check-in, most time slots were full already. They don’t allow you to pre-book your shuttle before checking in to the room.
