We are so close to everything you could want! Your home away from home! Walk to public transit or short drive to hop on the light rail. Mall of America, Lake Nokomis, Vikings Training Facility, Vikings/Wild/Timberwolves games, Paisley Park, MN Zoo, Valley Fair, Biking, work sent you here, or to catch your flight out of Mpls./St. Paul airport. Home comes with 3 bedrooms and one full bath. 55 in. smart tv in living room to watch the sporting events or cozy in for movie night with family and friends! Or get tickets for a big game or concert! Large lower level with foosball table and dart board (futon and inflatable double bed for extra guests). Washer/dryer. Large back yard with deck and patio with firepit and gas grill, and yard games.

Communication with owner was superb. While the pictures in the listing are sort of accurate, they do not show the dust, cob webs, or lack of cleaning to walls and base boards. The kitchen is quite small and doesnt have a full size fridge. The dishwasher is portable which was not listed in the add. The cabinets are quite dated and could use a fresh coat of paint so as not to look dirty. Stairs to basement are quite steep, if you have small children this is huge safety concern as there is no door or child safety feature. Beds are quite dated but were pretty comfortable Bathroom is very small with little lighting and water is slow to drain. This house has huge potential for being a cute and cozy vrbo it just needs a little love and work. The for sale sign in the front is not a warm welcome for a visitor in a new town. The parking space in the alley ifnthe street parking is full needs to have better lighting etc for safety.

When we arrived the house hadnt been cleaned including the bedding. Found evidence of mice (their leavings), basement had paint chipping off the walls with the basement bed pressing against the main sewer drain. Also saw extensive signs of water damage and one area that looked like mold was growing on the ceiling. The host didnt agree the photos I sent were evidence of this. We were intended on staying two weeks and left within two days. Also next to a car repair shop who liked to test bad mufflers and the woofer on the stereo systems. Host did not agree to cancel bc of a fee, still waiting on resolution.

Quiet little home. Prefect for a small family.. It really is come to everything. We made use of the back yard with the kids. Very comfortable home. Definitely recommend.

In need of some TLC

Property was older, smaller and more worn down than the pictures indicated. Basement bedroom was only partially finished, with one wall and ceiling open to the studs. My family of 7 felt crowded, with the only available spot to eat together located in the back yard. We did enjoy the grill and fire pit and the location made for easy access to many attractions. This home could be improved with some updating to make it more comfortable and appealing.

Great Stay :)

This house was super cute and close to everything. Affordable and easy to access. Marci was amazing and kept in touch and ensured everything was in order prior to checking in. Me and my family had a good time and will stay again if we ever come back to Minnesota.

Great house for a family. Lots of activities included for kids and ample bedrooms. Volleyball net in backyard was a nice touch. Very comfortable and tidy.

Relaxation in Richfield

Older home, partially remodeled. In need of a few minor repairs. Three bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds, living room with games, movies, and a large screen TV. Downstairs den has couch, dartboard, foosball table, and TV (very entertaining). Laundry area in the unfinished section of the basement (washer, dryer, and wash tub). Laundry supplies provided. Another room in the basement with a futon and mattress without frame. No formal eating area, but great area to sit together and eat outside under a gazebo. Smaller kitchen, all utensils, pots, and pans provided. Could use some storage containers and larger mixing bowls. Safe location where you can see the jets flying out of MSP. Backyard enclosed by greenery and trees makes you feel like you are in the woods. Corn hole, volleyball, badminton, adult bikes help to entertain young and old alike. Extremely close to Mall of America. Shopping centers within a short drive.

Convenient location!

Cozy house was perfect for our family getaway. Close to everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house was stocked with necessary items. Instructions were clear and straightforward. We loved that there was wood provided for the firepit, unfortunately we didnt get to take advantage due to rain.

Perfect for vi. iting relatives

This house was perfect for our visiting relatives who could not fit in our home. We divided our time between the two houses. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The welcoming sign, wine and pop were a nice touch.

First time user - thumbs down

First day was good - air was working. Clean house and appliances were working. Stayed 3days and 3 nights. Outside of property is unkempt, plants wilting and don’t know why there were garbage bags, with leaves in them, were placed around a tree in the front yard (not at all like the picture advertised) Also, overgrown weeds all around the fence line of the property as well as the front yard. Bedrooms (except for one) and the bathroom lighting was so dark. On the floor of one bedroom was a big rusted grate And the other bedroom had a wood cover (in place of a grate) on the floor - so aesthetically unpleasant. The worst part is that we spent our last 2 nights with the airconditioner broken. We couldn’t leave windows open because the house is on a busy street, and a dog barked all night. The side of the house was overgrown with weeds - which unfortunately, for me, triggered my allergy. Literally, 2 horrible nights of no sleep. So the next day of the first night of no air, we sent a text via the app and were simply instructed to turn the air off because the unit might just be frozen and to turn it back on after we arrive back that night. Well, we did as instructed, and it still didn’t work. We are first time users of VRBO, and are very disappointed. We didn’t have that great of an experience that friends and family boast that they had.

Cozy and comfortable

The house is cozy and conveniently located. Everything was very comfortable, with all sorts of things right where you’d expect them (but often don’t find them on vacation rentals) like towel hooks, extra blankets, extra paper towels and garbage bags, etc. The welcome sign and wine & soda were very welcoming, too.

Awesome stay

We loved the place it was perfectly located to visit all our friends and family back in MN. It was cozy and comfortable and kids loved having their own rooms. All amenities were east to use and easily accessible. When we accidently locked ourselves out 1 day the owner was very helpful in getting us back inside in a short time. Would love to stay again and highly recommend for visiting families.

The house was as described and just what we needed for our business trip. We did have an ac issue and couldn't figure out the internet. Luckily, the host was super communicative and promptly stayed on top of and took care of both!
