Children are welcome, however please be aware the home is not set up for small children. The home is not child-proofed, nor are there amenities or furniture to accommodate infants or toddlers.

There is parking for 2 cars on the concrete pad in the rear of the property in front of the garage.

• Disturb the neighbors.
• Exceed the maximum occupancy (includes all humans).
• Move furniture.
• Use fireworks or firearms. No firearms permitted on the property.
