Escape to the serene suburb of Cottage Grove, just outside Saint Paul, and experience the perfect getaway in this spacious home! With 6 comfortable bedrooms—5 with queen beds and 1 luxurious king bed in the owner's en suite—this inviting property is ideal for accommodating large groups.

You'll find everything you need, including 4 large flat screen Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, AC, WiFi, laundry machines, and more. Unwind in one of the 3.5 bathrooms, with the owner's en suite offering a luxurious 2 person jetted bathtub.

Walk into the main floor where there's a brightly lit soaring 2 story foyer. This home has a formal living room which opens to the formal dining room. There is ample seating for an afternoon chat with friends or family, hours of board games, and room for 8 at the dining table. The formal dining flows to the spacious kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island, and pantry closet. We have the home fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware sufficient for the maximum number of guests at this home. You will find mixing bowls, basic cooking essentials, kitchen towels, paper towels, knives, cutting boards, a toaster, and small kitchen appliances available for your use.

You can sit down for a cup of morning coffee at the informal dining room table with room for 6 or step outside onto the patio. This space opens up to the great room which features a 2 story ceiling and you can overlook this area from the second story above. There is a 70" SmartTV gracing this gathering space. Please note we have internet streaming only, no cable, however we do have a YouTube TV subscription to catch the latest game if you'd like. Additionally, there is a crackling gas fireplace ready for you to enjoy and just beyond the great room is the main floor bedroom.

The main floor bedroom features a modern tufted headboard, dual nightstands, lamps, a SmartTV, and a dresser. Please note there is no additional closet in this room however many of the other closets in the home are walk-in closets. All of the bedrooms are made up with: mattress protector, a fitted sheet, flat sheet, quilt, fleece blanket, pillow protectors, pillow cases, four pillows, and on some beds, decorative pillows. Extra bedding can be found in the upstairs linen closet.

The second floor of this home features a luxurious owner's en suite that exudes peace and serenity with it's calming color palette. Enjoy the east facing windows that overlook the backyard. Step into the bathroom through the French doors and you will find dual sinks, a 2 person jetted bathtub, private toilet stall, walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet with ironing board and clothes iron.

There are 3 additional bedrooms that share a common full bathroom which also boasts dual sinks and a full bathtub with shower. Our bathrooms are stocked with premium towels and face towels for your use. We also provide other bathroom amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, and makeup remover wipes.

The Restful Bedroom has west facing windows and a commanding black sleigh queen bed. This bedroom features a ceiling fan, walk-in closet, dresser, dual nightstands, and lamps for your enjoyment.

The Cherry Blossom Bedroom has south facing windows and features a charming sleigh bed, ceiling fan, desk/vanity, storage, walk-in closet, and SmartTV.

The Olive Tree Bedroom has east facing windows overlooking the backyard and features a tufted headboard with a plush queen bed, ceiling fan, dual nightstands, lamps, dresser inside the double closet, and a Smart TV.

The Mirrored Bedroom is in the lower level of the home and has a 3/4 bathroom for the guest enjoying this room. This room offers the most privacy being in the basement level, additionally, a double closet, dual nightstands and lamps are available for your use.

The basement, aside from the Mirrored Bedroom and bathroom, is unfinished with a large playroom complete with toys and a flat screen TV that can be used with the Wii system provided and a ping pong table for you to try your hand at. We have an additional queen bed in storage in this area for your comfort and coming soon, a second washer and dryer will be installed.

We utilize the MyQ remote garage door opener system and front door keypad for your security. Please note there are exterior security cameras. As you walk in from the garage, the powder bathroom is on your right, as is the main floor laundry facilities. Please feel free to use the provided detergent.

The daily rate quoted is the base rate for up to 4 people, we charge $25 per person per night over 4 people. As long as you input the correct number of guests on your reservation, VRBO will accurately calculate your booking fees.

Also PLEASE NOTE: this quiet suburban cul-de-sac has a large number of young children in residence, please exercise extreme caution while driving in the neighborhood. We recommend driving under 15 mph as you are approaching the home.

Tucked away at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, the home boasts a semi-private yard and a relaxing patio. We have regular lawn and snow service at the home so that it is kept in great condition for your stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place!

Portable pack and play, high chair, and baby gates can be accessed upon request.

Guests have access to the entire home and complete privacy.

You will utilize the front door keypad for access or you may register for the MyQ remote garage door opener system during your stay.

Guests will have complete privacy during their stay. Managers are 25 minutes away if you need anything.

This home is located in a quiet residential cul de sac. We ask that you use caution when approaching the home as there are over 30 children who live in the cul de sac and drive no more than 15 mph.

The home has a large backyard and ample privacy located at the end of the cul de sac. Please park inside the garage and on the driveway as much as possible.

This property does not allow any pets, smoking, or unauthorized events.

There will be $350 smoke deodorization charged to any guests who smoke inside the home or garage.

Deep cleaning charges may apply to guests who bring unauthorized pets.
Please understand that this home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we do not allow events. It’s perfect for a guest who is traveling with a larger group.
