Rooftop Deck Closure: The rooftop deck is closed during the winter season (typically November through early spring) for safety due to ice and snow. It will reopen when the weather permits.

Supplies: We provide an initial supply of consumables (like toiletries and coffee). Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Apartment Appearance: Your apartment will match the modern style and quality shown in the photos, though the exact layout and decor may vary slightly.

Security: For your safety, security cameras are located in the building's outdoor and common areas, but never inside the apartment.
