Tolle Zimmer, netter Service, sehr zuvorkommend. Die Minibar war etwas laut, aber da wir eh nichts brauchten, haben wir einfach den Stecker gezogen. Schöner Ort um die Innenstadt von hier aus (auch zu Fuß) zu erkunden!

Clean and friendly hotel in the centre.
The room and hotel were clean. The hotel is located close to the centre and Galeria shopping mall. The room was cold, and the air conditioner was still in summer mode. It should be changed to heating mode. You can eat your dinner in a restaurant. I can stay again and recommend it.

Cleanliness, facilities, location are beyond satisfactory. Staff is so gentle and attentive. They made me happy with their sweet gesture on my birthday :) Just slight things: Sounds make inconvenience at nights and breakfast is delicious, but is not rich. They put only 4 croissants for the whole hotel guests at the open breakfast. But well worth staying there!

Nice rooms. Very clean. Friendly staff. They do have parties and a stripclub on the property, which tends to be a little loud in the rooms. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it. The restaurant conveniently lost our reservation one night when they had a private party, meaning we were forced to go out and try to find somewhere to eat at 10 o’clock at night. That was super unprofessional.

I really appreciate that the hotel allowed early arriving and let me stay a little longer in the day of checking out (for some extra money), it's really convenient. Not every hotel will do it for you.

Very professional and friendly staff. Hotel and rooms are very clean, every day providing new refreshments (water, tea). The breakfast needs to be improved. Adding couple of different types of salami and cheese, croissant and donuts, omelette with different toppings etc.

Отель прекрасен. Персонал тоже очень дружелюбный. За исключением ,что в комнате 408 плохо работает итернет и тв. Интерьер красивый, бесплатная парковка. Да, континентальный затрак в номер желает буть лучим: не подают кофе ( в номере есть растворимый кофе- такое я пил лишь в детсве 45 лет назад:)). Варенное яйчо подают "голым"- ни хлеба к нему, ни масла, ни соли....

Very good location
Well-kept hotel in the city center, free parking. Very clean fproperty, comfortable beds. The only downside was the noise from the street and the casino
