Only way is to pay by cash at apartment and they don’t offer you a receipt. Try to get it because they inform to Hotels.com Rewards totally different price (much, much lower) what you have really paid for them.

You can pay with us in three ways - in cash, by card or through the site. I am sorry that for some reason, having lived in a luxury apartment in the center of Minsk at a very good price, you and your company did not appreciate your luck.

Toimiva apartment
Hyvällä paikalla hieno asunto. Rappukäytävä oli vähän rähjäinen. Asunto oli viidennessä kerroksessa ilman hissiä, joten kunto parani samalla. Muuten ei mitään huomautettavaa. Suosittelen.

Apartment near city center
Excellent value for money. The host was easy to reach by WhatsApp. Driver picks up and drops off from the airport. Big apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and small balcony. 4th floor apartment without elevator, not optimal for disabled people. The stairway to the apartment is a bit shady, but the apartment itself is in good condition. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good host and the apartment (Lenina 11)
Everything was so good. My host Ekaterina was very helpful. She returned to my questions and requests quickly and hepfully. The apartment Lenina 11 was in a very good location. Metro, main roads and restaurants are nearby. Main center and shopping mall are around 10 min. walk. The apartment is well (even luxuryly) designed and fully equiped as shown in the photos. The apartment was very clean. There were only a few hair around which is acceptable. It is the only downside of the apartment that sunlight may not be enough for some if will stay in the apartment during the daytime. Not bad but would be better as I prefer more naturel light for a cheerful mood in the morning. But it's because of the apartment looking at the backyard and the thick walls. Also not a big deal but lock open signal (with a speech) of the door of the building is heard even when you lock the windows. Overall, I am very glad with my stay in this apartment. I recommend and would like to stay again when I'm back in Misk one day.

This was an AMAZING experience for me, one of the best in my entire traveling carrier :-) The apartment is just lovely, tall ceilings with all amenities required for a very pleasant and homely stay. - located right in the middle of Minsk and close to everything (the old city, the Bolshoi Opera and ballet, the Holy Spirit church and the Red Church, the State Circus, all museums…) The property manager, Katerina - is an amazingly helpful host! OMG, she arranged airport transfers for me and a driver for the visit to the Mit and Nesvizh Castles, and went out of her way to help with my many questions and gave me very thoughtful and helpful advice (I was getting a kitten in the middle of flight cancellation crisis, so we spent many hours trying to resolve many issues related to this, which were really personal issues and had nothing to do with the property). THANK YOU Katerina for making this an amazing experience for me. I’ll be visiting agaian for sure!!!

The best in Minsk
This is my second time staying at Royal Apartments Minsk. I plan to always use them for my future travels to Minsk. Both locations have been amazing, the landlady was extremely helpful and nice, and my travels were extremely enjoyable. Both locations were very convenient and walking distance to any necessary amenities, safe and in very clean neighborhoods. My apartment on this trip had an amazing view of the city and a nice balcony. I highly recommend Royal Apartments Minsk !!!!!

ery comfortable!
block of apartments is a bit shabby so when opened the door to our place we were amazed how clean, modern and spacious it was. Jet shower in the bathroom was also a surprise. The flat is round the corner from the Independence Prospekt, very convenient. we walked from the station after taking a minibus from the airport, it is about 20 minutes walk. We had a constant contact with the landlord as well, we got very clear instructions how to find the key and get to the apartment.

Très bon séjour
Très bon appartement, très bien situé dans en centre ville, à 1 minute de la grande avenue de Minsk. L'appartement est situé en face du KGB, situé dans un petit immeuble de 5 étages, l'appartement est situé au dernier étage, l'immeuble n'a pas d'ascenseur. Le quartier possède pleins de bars, restaurants, épiceries. Donc très pratiques pour visiter la ville et sortir manger. L'appartement est très bien meublé et jolie. La connexion internet est rapide. Je recommande , nous avions pris la chambre Apartment, 2 Bedrooms (Gorodskoy Val 9)

Dejlig lejlighed. Lidt støj fra biler på gaden, men det må man regne med når man bor på hovedgaden. 5. sal uden elevator, men en smuk lejlighed.

Äußerst empfehlenswert für Städtereisende
Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen, in einem ruhigen Hinterhof und in direkter Nachbarschaft des Einkaufszentrums GUM. Für Freunde der traditionellen weißrussischen Küche gibt es im Nebengebäude das sehr gute Restaurant "U Franziska" (Bei Franziskus). Das Apartment ist sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt, inkl. Fön, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, die komplette Kücheneinrichtung, sowie Fernseher im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Man darf keine Perfektion erwarten - hier und da sind ein paar kleine Stellen, die ausgebessert werden müssten, diese trüben den guten Eindruck jedoch nicht, besonders angesichts des ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses. Das WLAN funktionierte gut und das Schlafzimmer war ruhig, obwohl die Fenster straßenseitig ausgerichtet sind. Weiterhin hat Ekaterina, die freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, unproblematisch einen Transfer vom Flughafen zum Apartment organisiert und war per WhatsApp stets erreichbar. Eine Besonderheit der GUS-Staaten ist der Zustand der Treppenhäuser in den alten Stalin-Bauten - diese gehören saniert und gereinigt - auch hier ist das Treppenhaus für westliche Standards eher erschreckend, man gewöhnt sich jedoch schnell daran.

Great host!
The host was very supportive, including organizing a taxi pick up at the airport. I have used this host twice now with great support both times! the flat is bigger than in the pictures and centrally located near shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

Beautiful Minsk
It was good despite of a delay on pick up from airport, the room was clean and comfortable. The only matter was that we had hard time climbing the stairs till the 4th floor where the apartment was. I recommend it for young people.
