”Exceptional hotel. Clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. Only problem i experienced was NOT with the actual room, it was with the booking through Expedia. Traveling with a family of 4, including a child so space was very valuable for a 2 night stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sofabed, and balcony. Room was confirmed by Expedia. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly informed me that they did not have such room available that I booked....

”Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. ”

”Everything was ok except there being pink mold in the bathroom and the air from the A/C smelled like mildew. The elevators weren’t operating well. There was a delay of the doors opening when stopping at each floor. Sometimes you would have to press the floor number again for it to open. There were two but one wasn’t working majority if the time. ”

”Breakfast was great had plenty of options for the family, it also had a great weekend hours so we didn’t feel rushed to get up early so we don’t miss it. We needed a cot and was surprised it was only $10 a night for one! Staff was friendly would recommend location as it was central to a lot of things to do!”

”Loction was great, , are room was out side of the elevator area and it was very loud. We called the desk to see about chaging rooms. They moved us to other end of floor in front of the other elevator . All night we heard that sound. At check out we informed them of the issue. The manager did apologize but we did not get much sleep. Also websites says parking 15 dollars was really abot 19 dollars. .it was a nice location and a great view if you can over look the loud noise.”

”The hotel was clean. Nothing fancy but had everything I needed for the night. It had a small refrigerator for food/drinks.”

”The pictures did not match our hotel room at least. The bathroom had a toilet bowl and a bathtub. The washing up hand was done in the hallway. The shower had cold water. The room itself was ok, with a great view of the sea and the pool.”

”We had the absolute best experience at the Holiday Inn Resort! Everything was so convenient and well maintained. The lazy river was amazing and the access to the beach was incredible! They have a DJ at the tiki bar and entertainment throughout the week. We chose to buy the breakfast coupons as part of our visit. The breakfast people were awesome and as a person with food allergies I felt super safe eating at the buffet! Will absolutely be back soon!”

”We were there for 3 days and had to complain about the hot tubs not functioning twice. I was told by a local that has an out of season pass to use facilities that one of the hot tubs had been broken for many many months. Why not just put a sign out that is a kiddie pool and call it done? Why keep calling it a hot tub when everyone on your staff knows it will never have hot water in it? Why put staff and guests through a continuous "Is the hot tub working" loop? Why have staff lying to guests...

”The Hampton Inn was a perfect retreat for my kids and I and only steps from the beach. It is not the fanciest place around, but it was clean, had a great breakfast and the perfect place for us for a quick trip to the beach! We could walk to restaurants and the beach was just right there! We would certainly come back on our next trip down south!”

”The room stank, as soon as I arrived I notice stained sheets, couldn't stay....”

”The hot tub wasn't functional, some of the racks in the bathroom were hanging loose out of the wall, there was mold in the light in the bathroom, and the shower head had lime build up, the hot water didn't work in the sink.”

”Pretty sure there were blood stains on the curtains, and bloody burgers on the wall in the bathroom. We needed a place to crash for a few hours, otherwise would have immediately left. I felt disgusting after staying there. ”
