⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Manta Ray Getaway was just as described! Our family enjoyed all the time at the house. One day my children were in/out of the pool at least 3 different times (morning, afternoon and an evening swim), they were exhausted by the end of the day. The house was clean, and just as described. Easy access to the beach.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️What a great place to stay! It was a short and pretty walk to the beach, the pool is plenty big enough to enjoy when the water is rough, and the house looks even better than the pictures!

This 4 bedroom beach home has a TWO king suites, queen suite, and a bunk room (sleeps 4) for the kids. Each bedroom is outfitted with comfortable furnishings, a dresser, and large Smart Roku TVs.

★ DESTIN / MIRAMAR BEACH ★
✔ Nestled along Scenic 98, our condo is close to Pompano Joes and the huge state park beach access! Our location is within a quick drive to Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, and other popular entertainment and dining options like Crap Trap, Surf Hut & Camille’s. Beach access is just across the street – you can be there in minutes!
✔ Scenic 98 has a walking/biking path that stretches from end to end and is the perfect place for strolling through the quaint beach areas!
✔ If you like to snorkel, you will LOVE the artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, located just 685 feet straight out from the Pompano Joe's beach access. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. (We advise that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs.) This location is just minutes from our beach house and has parking!

• Our team is excited to welcome you to the beach! We are here for you to answer any questions or to help you choose the perfect property, just ask. As owners and hosts, we have a small collection of beautiful properties to choose from. THE FINE PRINT
•Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement (within 48 hours) to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
•Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date or prevailing booking site rules.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the home for your stay. If you have an early arrival or late flight, please book the day before/after.
• No parties/smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home or in the yard.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• We will send your welcome letter via email 10 days before arrival with all of your important arrival information and codes.
*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
