☀ Beds - 1 King bed (Master), 2 Queen-over-Queen bunk beds (2nd Bedroom), 1 Twin convertible sofa bed (living room), 1 Twin rollover bed (2nd Bedroom closet). All installed beds are memory foam beds with different comfort level pillows for your perfect relaxation.


☀ Bathrooms - Every room has its full bathroom with amenities included. 1/2 bathroom is in the living room for your comfort.


☀ Wifi - Our high-speed unlimited internet is the fastest (1 Gig) available in the area; perfect for seamless streaming or "working from home". Note: All Destin properties do not have fast internet.


☀ Kitchen - Eating seafood at local Destin restaurants is a blast, but sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook a nice dinner for your family.


☀ Coffee - We have a coffee bar with Keurig K-cups with amenities and a standard drip larger coffee machine is available for your large batches of joes.


☀ TVs - Netflix and chill anyone? Each room is equipped with large smart TVs and the living room with large 65" screen with Roku. All got your favorite apps Netflix, Showtime, Disney, and many other premium channels. All have guest mode enabled. Just log in with your User ID and password for your favorite application and it automatically logs you out on your check-out date.


☀ Beach - The beach is accessible via public entrance within 5 mins walk. We provide a FREE beach kit which got everything you need including beach towels for you to enjoy your time on the beach. 2 Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, & beach toys are all packaged in a beach wagon for easy & convenient transportation to the beach. ☀ Traveling with little ones? Our home can accommodate even the smallest of guests. A high chair, baby-friendly utensils, and a baby crib are available.


☀ Cleanliness is our priority! Our townhome will be deeply and thoroughly cleaned before your stay (read our guest reviews). Our staff uses CDC- approved hard surface disinfectants and sanitizers against viruses including coronavirus. We make sure to also disinfect all doorknobs, faucets, & bathroom fixtures to keep you safe & healthy.


☀ Pets - We love Dogs and want you to travel with all your family members. We allow only 1 Dog weighing 30 pounds or less, and no taller than 15 inches. We have a flat pet fee of $150 per stay. We do provide a pet bed, a crate, a dog bowl, a slow feeder, and a pet gate. Please make sure to read the pet-specific rules in the house rules section.

★ The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
