You will also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen upgraded kitchen with cherry cabinets, fine appliances, and everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. There is plenty of dining seating with a fine dining table for eight as well as four bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a lovely king bed, a large flat screen TV, and access to a private full bathroom with a custom tiled shower. The guest bedroom features a great queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and access to the second full bathroom. You will find hall bunks just off of the guest bedroom featuring two sets of twin over twin bunk beds with designer bedding. The unit also includes a CD stereo system, a wine fridge, wireless internet access, and a private washer and dryer. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
