There is an adjoining updated full guest bathroom with a new bathtub/shower combination. A full washer and dryer is conveniently located near the kitchen, and wifi is complimentary. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
