”This property is awesome! Even though I don't remember the front desk associate's name, she was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She made the check-in process easy and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her excellent customer service made a great first impression and was truly appreciated. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!”

”The hotel was okay. We had to switch rooms due to the bed having stains on the sheets and being right beside the ice machine which was very loud. The walls are not very insulated, so you could hear everything. The staff was nice and quickly got us a new room.”

”Yes the breakfast is spectacular, the view because we were on the 6th floor was beautiful except I thought we had a room with a balcony but they don't have rooms with balconies. My other concern is is that one of the elevators, out of the only two in the hotel has not worked since we arrived it would act like it was working and then when you get in and press the button it wouldn't go anywhere so they were down to one elevator and when you're on the 6th floor especially in the morning when you...

”Staff is wonderful, especially at check in. Location is good because it is close to the beach. However, this is a really run-down motel. It needs updates badly. My room smelled awful-- like the cleaning staff tried to cover up something. Parking was good, but honestly, I wish I had stayed in a cleaner and more up-to-date place. During the night, I could hear someone is the room next to me puking all night, so there was a "sketchy" vibe. I couldn't wait to check out.”

”If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving.”
