”We had a very nice stay for two nights. Both pools are excellent, staff are very friendly, the room was clean and had modern amenities. Breakfast was excellent however, we had lunch at the hotel one day and it was only okay. There are a few monkeys around the property however, most never come into the actual hotel. For note, the hotel is based on top of a hill which is a very steep climb. While there is an outdoor lift for luggage and personal use, it does operate very slowly so the stairs...

”The staff were intoxicated already in the morning and the service did not even exist. They say they are available in Whatsapp 24h but it took them 12 hours to read a message. The staff was partying downstairs with their friends and music was very loud (could not sleep without earplugs). Laundry washing took more than one day, what they first promised. No warm water in the shower and the room was dirty. The only good thing about the place was location. ”

There wasn’t a tv for the evening so I did watch some videos but I have never had this problem when I have booked with Expedia at any other property.
