”It was okay, basic but functional. Breakfast was poor as they did not refill once something had run out.”

”Perfect location and great customer service!!”

”スタッフも、みなさん親切で大変よかったです。”

”Rooms were clean and staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were a bit hard for my taste but weren’t bad. Rooms are smaller than American rooms but still nice and met the necessity. Breakfast was tasty and cost 1100 yen if you chose to eat. They offer both traditional Japanese food and also western foods. Coffee was very tasty.”

”This was a great stay. Very modern. Location seems far from town, but is very easy to access via local train and very convenient if you want to see the Miyajima (there is also a ferry from DT to Miyajima). Onsen is mixed gender and provides bathing suits for guests. There is outdoor and indoor bathing options. The restaurant is one of the best meals we have ever had. A very special, multi-course dinner that is included in the hotel stay.”

”Huone on erittäin iso ja tilava, poikkeuksellista Japanissa. Onsen ihana ja aamupala ihan mieletön! ”

”Lovely japanese breakfast, good location, nice rooms, friendly and English speaking service, worth the money.”

”The hotel was being remodeled and being updated while we stayed there. I am sure it will be excellent when completed. The room was a little small. we had 4 suitcases and movement around the room was difficult.”

I will say though - we had to carry our stuff up 4 floors… which wasn’t ideal. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the hallway as well as the bordering room. So much so that we could full on hear the conversations word for word, and some people were not quiet speakers. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and...

”スタッフの方が親近感があり良かったです。お部屋も綺麗で快適でした。 お風呂は大浴場はありませんが、部屋の温泉も近くの温泉施設も無料で何回も入れて良かったです。”

”Great location for visiting Miyajima, but be aware that the rooms are very small, especially the bathroom. Food was excellent at breakfast buffet!”
