”Host was very nice and quick to respond! Allowed me to check in early, as I got in sooner than expected. The house was nice, located in a quiet neighborhood. There were a couple nights the neighbors were smoking weed in case anyone has sensitivities to that; no fault on the owner there. I was glad to have a fenced yard, but it had a lot of dog poo from the human companions who weren't kind enough to clean up after their dogs. I had to check the whole yard before my dogs could run around because...

”We stayed here while in town visiting family for Christmas. It was a great house in a great neighborhood. However on our last day we arrived back at the house at 3:30pm to find the furnace had stopped working. We contacted the hosts immediately and they sent a maintenance person as early as they could - 8:00pm. At 8:30pm we learned heat would not be restored overnight. ”PROS: the staff was very nice. There were only two women and they are assets to the property. The windows kept out the noise from the highway traffic. The room was clean with the exception of dust and a receipt under the bed.
CONS: The front had so many cigarette butts and spit stains on the concrete. The trash can was full and overflowing at 2pm. The front door was dirty and the small check-in area smelled. There were no amenities, no coffee pot in the room and just vending machines. ...
