”The Courthouse Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel, looks great in photos, but our experience was disappointing. We encountered an issue with our reservation dates, and the hotel was unable to assist us in adjusting them. Attempts to contact management were unsuccessful, which was frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.”
