”Property has potential but not run very well. Booked a stay overnight, drove 30 miles out of my way because I wanted a room with a view on a lake, but when I got there, no room. THERE IS NO ONE ON THE PROPERTY TO EVEN DEAL WITH. If you want total incompetence, book a room here. Otherwise steer clear.
Expedia made it right with a credit plus, but not worth the time and travel it cost me to find out there was no room available after I got there.”
