The hot tub wasn’t working which was most of the reason that I booked this hotel. There was SO much noise all night (like 9 PM through until 5 AM). There was a group of teenagers staying who quite literally screamed up and down the hallway, as well as directly outside of the first floor windows all night. No one from the hotel provided any kind of noise control. Additionally there was a car doing donuts and revving his engine in the parking lot all through the early hours of the morning, which I later learned was actually the hotel’s own maintenance worker. All in all, did not sleep a wink, and everyone else in the breakfast room in the morning apparently had the same experience.
This is very unfortunate and unprofessional. The whole reason I booked this hotel and not a lower tier motel was to get some quality rest before an early flight, but the property does not maintain any noise control and their ow employees are part of the problem! It’s a shame because the room was nice otherwise.
