Inside you will find a queen size bed along with a cozy sitting area, as well as a full kitchen and beautiful custom tiled bathroom. You will love the retro appliances and the amazing large custom tiled shower. It’s the perfect space for one or two people.

You will have your own private studio with full kitchen and gorgeous bathroom along with a shared patio space with other tenants in the building.

We are located right on the Hip Strip in downtown Missoula, Montana. Amazing location to walk to any activities, concerts, farmer's market, Griz games, restaurants, bars, hiking, biking, floating the Clark Fork River and everything else that downtown Missoula has to offer!

We have FREE parking on site for our guests. You can park your car and get anywhere downtown on foot, bike or your own vehicle.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind including marijauna, vaping or parties are allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed under any circumstances. No persons allowed to stay overnight that are not listed on the rental contract. If any of these rules are broken you will be assessed a $200 additional cleaning fee.
