The detached bungalow, built in 2016, is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of the village. The residence is also popular due to its sunny location. The following are available for use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, terrace and garden furniture.

Mistelgau-Obernsees, 435 m above sea level. The bungalow is located in a holiday complex, on a open garden plot with meadow and trees. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation year-round, 10 m x 26 m, 1 m deep). Indoor pool (usable year-round, 25 m x 5 m, 1 m deep).

Living room (walk-through room) with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed, sitting area, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the living room with electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
