”Staff writer as great and responsive. Snacks and coffee were available and good. Air conditioner was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. It also was not consistently cooling. Room was on the third floor and the elevator was not working making it uncomfortable to go up with the luggage. The building itself isn’t very clean but it’s in a strategic location Overall an ok experience”

”Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal, fint hotellrum, nära tågstationen, bra AC. Lite oklara lokaler när man går in från gatan, men egentligen inget som stör. Ej städning, ej bemannat stora delar under dagen.”

”Great location & comfortable accommodations, love the modern feel of the room, bed was comfortable& air was refreshing. It was close to the centro so we were able to walk everywhere. We loved our stay & appreciated the owner being so accommodating. Definitely recommend this place & would love to come back again! Ciao for now!”

”The building didn't look good from the outside but the hotel was really nice! Nice clean room with good value that had everything I needed as a traveler who spends most of his day outside the hotel. The only thing complaining about is how the outside and inside noise carries to the room quite loudly. I wear earplugs while sleeping so it didn't affect me too much, but I feel that someone else might have a problem with the noise.”

”Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und stilvoll gestaltet/eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die HotelmitarbeiterInnen waren sehr zuvorkommend uns hilfsbereit. Für uns war das Hotel der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden - Ätna, Taormina, Alcantara-Schlucht, Naxos, Syrakus.”

”Great central location on quiet street. Entry was complicated with 2 lockbox key sets & e locked doors (no staff on site). Big problem was the sewer gas smell coming from bathroom drains along with loud gurgling drainage when i (or others on that sewer stack) showered or flushed. No P-traps in the building I guess. I closed the bathroom door and left the fan-light on & it improved.”
