”Absolutely stunning hotel with incredible staff. I highly recommend choosing an ocean view room with your own private onsen. Amazing! The hotel also offers all you can eat ice cream, sodas, coffee, wine and spirits while enjoying this on the roof top with impeccable views. What is so nice about staying in Miyajima is that after the crowds leave for the day, it’s so quiet and calm. Will post definitely come back to this hotel.”

”The staff could barely speak English. When I arrived at 2 pm I couldn’t get my room and was not even offered to rest at the lounge. It was a rainy day and I had to kill time outside until 3 pm. Also I wasn’t told that the vanity essentials were located at the front desk and that caused inconvenience during the time I stayed at this hotel. I didn’t eat there and cannot comment on food quality but I appreciated the free and good quality coffee.”
