"Tämän paikan "erinomainen" arvostelu ei ihan vastaa todellisuutta. Vaikuttaisi, että ansaitsematonta suosiota kerää hotellin tarjoama ilman Happy hour alkoholitarjoiluineen. Onsen on hyvin mitäänsanomaton. Huoneet eivät kovin ihmeellisiä ja palvelu oli todella heikkoa."

"We really enjoyed the Japanese-style room with tatami and futons - something very different from the western-style rooms we had stayed at otherwise. Everything was clean and well taken care of, albeit a little dated. Both the breakfast and dinner were an experience with a plethora of dishes we would normally never come across. The location suited us, a very short walk from the Miyajima ferry terminal and within a walking distance of the main area of the island, without being crowded or noisy. Hotel staff were extremely nice, with the reception being fluent in English. "
