”The property is very nice, clean and modern. The living room is a comfortable place to relax.
Please be aware that this is a 3 bedroom property and the other rooms will be occupied by other guests. The kitchen, living room, toilets, and bathroom are all shared with the other guests. The house is lovely but has very thin walls and doors and you can hear all the other guests, even when they are trying to be very quiet. If the other guests leave early in the morning you will very likely be woken...

”The room was not clean- I had found a pair of boxers under the bed
The beds looked like they had been slept in by someone else. There was hair in the beds and the sheets were not clean.
There was no one there to let us in- the door was unlocked and it wasn't until a long wait period I knocked on a door and someone came to show us our room. He was nice, but other than that, the experience was awful.
The kitchen/shared space was quite disgusting. The bathrooms had bugs in the sink

”The location of this hotel was fantastic! Right across from the Atomic Bomb Dome and just a short walk to the Peace Memorial Museum. We were easily able to catch a streetcar from the main train station to this hotel and took a river boat 5 minutes from our accomodation to Miyajima Island, which was our next destination. The hotel itself was quiet, clean and seemed to be well-run. We experienced our first Japanese onsen which was lovely.

”チェックインがわかりづらいです。一度チェックインした後に他の外国人旅行者の人たちもチェックイン手間取っていてので手伝いました。
もう少し動線が和系やすくしてあげたほうが良いと思います。またお風呂のお湯が出なかった時に元電源を入れるなども説明がなく日本人で戸惑うので海外の方は尚更難しいだろうなと思います。設備自体は価格に対し及第点でした。”
