”We were very close to the national park entrance. The park is beautiful. Loved the waterside restaurants. The accommodation was good particularly each bedroom having ensuite facilites. The over ripe grapes on the vine next to the balcony attracted a lot of wasps. Be aware that there are a lot of steps up to the accommodation.”

”The family is extremely friendly! I got stung by a see urchin and the girls got me disinfection and the needle immediately! The room is very spacious and the balcony is just wonderful, which is directly facing the see:) The family-run restaurant is located directly at the water side and the fish plate is just so delicious! Highly recommended!”

”Great appartment to stay in Pomena right next to Mljet National Park and the center of the village. Beautiful island that we loved. Inka our host was great and very helpful. She showed us the nice places to hike. Juste be aware that there is a lot of stairs to get to the appartment which is ok but not the easiest to carry to luggage to the top. Apart from that i recommend this place.”

”Brilliant location - very short walk from the ferry at Pomena & able to leave luggage for late ferry out when leaving. Lovely view from the balcony; could watch the boats coming and going in the harbour. Right next to Mljet National Park ticket kiosk and entrance. Lots of places to hire bikes on the harbourside . Bikes and kayaks also available to hire inside the National Park provided in season. Good for walking, swimming, cycling and kayaking.”
