”Mixed stay—great location and grounds, but inside needs attention The exterior grounds of this property are immaculate, and the location is absolutely awesome. It has so much going for it and was almost a perfect stay, but a few issues holding it back need to be addressed. ”The tents are clean and secure while still feeling outdoorsy and getting fresh cool air at night. Bathroom facilities were nice, I was too stupid until half way through my shower that he handle turned both ways so I didn’t have to suffer in the cold water - hot was just the other way!”

”The place was clean and comfortable. We didn’t cook, but having a kitchen and multiple seating options was great. We didn’t use the backyard or hot tub, but both were available if we had wanted. It was very convenient to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, the reason for our stay. I would recommend to others and stay again if in the area.”
