”Good option If you need a hotel not too far from Borg el Arab airport. Check-in was possible in the middle of the night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony has a sea wiev. The breakfast was very good with vast options of pastries. ”

”Our suite wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, only once did someone try and we told them to come back but they didn’t.So no towels no water replenished.Also no breakfast included in our booking which was a surprise to us.”

Location is very convenient in center Alexandria where all important places are within a walking distance or a short ride.
Staff are very friendly and respectful.
Street noise is a little loud.
Overall, Highly recommended hotel.
I gave some recommendations to the management team regarding the property to take care off and they promised to do.

”Great ocean view and beautiful beaches surround. Location is near shops, restaurants & touristic destinations. Also accessible to Uber rides in and out no complications.
You would find staffers are very attentive if you come here. Certainly Mustafa, Hisham, Abeer & Osama all communicate very well and good English speakers.
Nothing has gone wrong in this short stay. I recommend. ”

Ik heb recentelijk verbleven in dit hotel en mijn ervaring was uitstekend. Het hotel was bijzonder netjes en goed onderhouden, wat een plezierige sfeer creëerde. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel, wat bijdroeg aan een aangenaam verblijf.
Het personeel was fantastisch; ze waren vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereid om te helpen. Dit maakte het verblijf nog aangenamer.
Het ontbijt bood een goede variëteit, alhoewel er misschien enkele extra opties hadden...

”The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations.
In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay.
