”The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room.
The room was clean and it had a wonderful view.
The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. ”

”Housekeeping wasn't done every day. On most days, we had to put out the sign saying service was required before our room was cleaned. It took a while for water, towels, and robes to be brought to the room. The breakfast was okay, although there weren't many options available.
During my stay, a fire broke out in an adjacent building and spread into the hotel. The hotel had no fire alarms, and the only way I was notified about the fire was through a friend. Some guests were in the middle of...

”We stayed at one of the apartments with ocean view and the view did not disappoint. Although the balcony was very small, just big enough for 2 small chairs, we really enjoyed watching the sunsets. The location is great, there are many restaurants and coffee places nearby and you can walk to most tourist attractions. it was however very noisy, we recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed.
Packed my things and left the hotel the morning after.
Contacted hotels, com to complain, and now the person says i was the one making advances. Unbelievable, i guess as a woman i...
