”Clean room. Front desk person was friendly. Breakfast was advertised as a hot breakfast. It included biscuits, sausage gravy,a waffle maker, and other basic continental breakfast items .”

”Why is this place so expensive? It is a very typical older hotel and should be $70-90 per night, not $170. I should have stopped in Columbia or continued on to Kirksville. It is clean, with friendly staff and the breakfast was fine but the price is more appropriate for a much more deluxe place.”

”This hotel should not be in business. The smell in the hallway is god awful. The carpet needs ripped out. I cannot even describe the smell it is so bad. Everything is just janky as all get out.”

”The boys like that there was a convince store and two car washes in the same block. They went to the Higbee truck show so that was important! Nice clean house, and had everything they needed.”

”clean, cozy, and comfortable. great stay, would recommend to everyone!”

”This was one of the nicest VRBOs where we have stayed! The space was clean and very well appointed from the large dining table to the excellent mattresses to the soft white towels. Everything was where you would expect it to be and the extra touches made it feel like home.”
