Karen, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Our only complaint would be with Google maps, but Karen and her husband were quick to help. Bed was comfortable, room was dark and pillow was perfect for my husband. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. This would be a great home for a family. Loved the pool table and dart board. If we ever return to the area we would stay again. Thank you!

This property was truly a lovely experience. It felt like a home and not just a rest stop. The surroundings are peaceful and well maintained. The owner provided many supplies, and she reached out to us making sure that we were well taken care of. There are many attractions in the area that make this location extremely fun!!!

The home is nice, host was great with communicating and responding quickly to questions. We had issues with water we spent 8 days at the home and every day the water was turned off. The house has a reserve system but there is not enough pressure to take showers. Which was a huge Inconvenience.

Pin drop location incorrect(among other thing)

Casa Bella Moca Cons - [ ] Pin drop for location is incorrect. It brings you to the police station about 10 minutes away. To find the correct address look for Casa Bella Moca on google maps and it will bring you to the correct location. It will show a video of a man with grey hair singing. - [ ] Windows are broken, can’t close them if a storm comes. - [ ] Paint for the house is fading and chipping away so much that we weren’t sure if we were at the correct location when we arrived. - [ ] No hot tub/ spa whirlpool (listing says it has one) - [ ] One TV In the entire house, which the top right quarter is fading. - [ ] No dishwasher (listing says it has one) - [ ] No garage. It was converted into exterior game-room. (Pool table and Darts) - [ ] There isn’t any contact information for emergency services - [ ] Master bathroom’s shower didn’t drain properly. I had to use a plunger to make it drain. Pros - [ ] Very quiet neighborhood. - [ ] Pool table is in good condition. - [ ] House was clean and organized. This house has great potential to be amazing. First thing to fix is the pin location on VRBO. Next would be to correct the amenities listed. After that the minor things like painting and windows.

Great Stay in Moca

The house is exactly as advertised, was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It is located about 25 mins from Crash Boat Beach, and about 6-7 minutes by car from a nearest grocery store and restaurants. Karen, the host, has been very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. She was very kind to let us rebook at the last minute do to a medical emergency. During our stay, she provided us with recommendations on local points of interest and dining options and was very prompt to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, we've enjoyed our stay at the house and hope to be back soon!

Everything in the house was great the only issue is the house only had AC in the bedrooms and if you wanted to sit and watch TV or just hang out around the house it’s too hott especially when you’re traveling with little children or elderly person. We had to run out and buy a fan. Beside this issue the house and host was great.

Well, I ended up not staying at the property because owner gave a wrong address that actually did look like the property but there was another one. I choice this property because she was a superhost but when I got to the property it took over 40 minutes for her to call back after I went through customer service because the property was vacant. By the time she called back I had already booked a hotel, then she gave me a link that had a different address. I had crying babies, guest that needed to rest and she wasn't responding in a timely manner. But before the trip she responded very fast. Now shes not responding to a refund.

Very pretty house

The house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the pool table and darts. The only issues were the inconsistent water pressure and hot water. As well as one of the neighbors has a dog that barked constantly every morning around 5am and 6am, so we were woken up early everyday. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!
