My only issue were one of the two rooms I rented the sheets and pillows weren’t clean. There was makeup all over the pillow case when pulled back and on the sheet. Which was surprising because the bed was neatly made. We did notify the front desk to have someone come and change the bedding. ”This place was perfect. We had the 2 king size bed room. We needed up having the room for handicap. So it was extra wide and very comfortable/ nice. Floors were very clean. Shower was amazing! Loved the 2 king size bed option, we have 2 teen girls that we travel with for softball and it was EXTREMELY comfortable for them! Sheets/ blankets/ pillows were wonderful. ”Rated high, but far from it. Little to no breakfast items, hairball on our towels, stain on one comfortor, construction workers sitting on the sidewalks and took up back half of the hotel. Ice machine located in a very small laundry room that was dirty and they didn't have a dryer. One of the staff members was extremely rude. General Manager apologized for his staff member and did credit me one night which was very appreciated.”

”Mount Sequoyah is a beautiful place to stay. My partner and I were in town for a wedding weekend and wanted something a bit more interesting than your average hotel. Mount Sequoyah gave us the opportunity to unwind and watch the sunset from their lookout spot, walk peacefully and enjoy the grounds and the art, and sit on our porch and experience the wildlife. ”I’ve stayed in rundown motels and I know what to expect and what I’m getting for my money. But this place was unacceptable and for around $90 a night it’s upsetting. There were so many bugs in my room. And everything was extremely dirty. When I first got to my room I killed around 20 bugs crawling on the floor, walls, countertop, and fridge door.
