”Great house and location”

”1st I thought we'd be alone in the building, the tenant next door cooked fish and our whole unit stunk, the smell stayed our entire stay. The neighbors dogs barked constantly especially at night. The walls are so thin you could hear everything next door. The sofa smelled like dirty dogs. The swimming pool is a rusting tub and the backyard was a mess. Very unhappy with the stay, the worst one I've ever rented.”

”The house had beautiful decor and high ceilings just as pictured. The chandelier was gorgeous. The owner responded in a timely manner.The first bedroom as well as the linens smelled like cigarette smoke and stale mens cologne.The third bedroom bed barely had any support and sank considerably. ”Great place. Close to campus. Very comfortable the only complaint would be that kitchen was lacking in things to make dinner easily for my kids and some friends. We adjusted nicely. I will definitely look to stay here again.”
