”There weren't cups in the room for the in-room hot water kettle. There were no English speaking staff available when we needed to check out on the last morning, which made it a little awkward. Otherwise, the staff was attentive and the room was very clean. It was convenient to the city center.”

”This was an absolutely terrible stay. I arrived at the property and effectively did not exist, I had to ask at a local cafeteria, where the address was because there was simply no signage on the door. When I got into the location finally after an hour of waiting around, several things became apparent. First there was a shared bathroom, which I did not see as listed when I reserve the room. Number two there was no bed, there was only a fold out couch, again, not detailed on the listing. I...

”I have traveled to Bologna on quite a few occasions over the past 40 years....and this is the one place I can't imagine not staying at next time I visit. Historic building, beautiful views, lovely accommodations, wonderfully located, delicious breakfast - and most of all, a truly special host. One caveat, there are stairs (though the owner will take care of baggage), so if you are mobility restricted, you would need to take that into consideration.”
