”The rooms are large, and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning was very comfortable”

”This is a convenient place for a basic overnight when traveling I-70. Our room had many minor maintenance issues but none that really affected our safety or comfort, and it was as clean as it could be. Breakfast offerings were sparse, but the coffee was good and there was real milk. The place was quiet all night and felt safe.”

”Clean and quiet inside room. Property was a bit noisy. Construction around the exit made the whole area just seem sort of tucked in and forgotten. Staff was the kindest, most helpful hotel staff I've met in a while.”

”I chose Golden Inn because of all the excellent reviews and they were accurate. Nothing fancy, just a very clean, well maintained, old school motor inn. A very quiet and peaceful night. Super friendly and helpful owner. I believe the owner is the staff.”

”Tried staying for one night and had to leave. Room smelled like smoke, several dead bedbugs were on top of my mattress. When I asked to move into a new room, they DID let me. In both rooms, the room stank of smoke, the sheets and the pillows were stained with different colored (seemingly body) fluids, and I could hear the smallest peep from the room next to me. You will save money but man, you pay for it in other ways.”

”Old place but partially renovated and renovation is still on. All was good. But too pricey for such mediocre hotel. The breakfast is awful though or basically non existent”

”Wallpaper was pealing from walls. Hole (from burn?) in bedspread. Hole worn into seat of arm chair. No coffee or tea in lobby or way to make it in room. Lots of construction material blocking some parking spaces. TV worked fine. Bed was comfortable. AC was cold. Right in town so close to many places to eat. For one night this was okay.”

”Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I couldn’t find the thermostat in front of my face. Property doesn’t look like much on the outside but rooms were fairly modernized. Breakfast was just ok. Typical continental for the room price of $100. Good place for a cheap quick stay if you’re visiting a BSU student. Very close to campus.”
