”It was just like the listing. The only thing is I had to do yard work. The deck was covered in dry leaves and around the fire pit. I had to ask my mother to bring me a rack to clear out all the dry leaves in the fire pit area ”

”Check in was super easy, i was sent the keypad code by email a few days prior to check. Communication with the owner was great, response was very quick. Only downfall was that i had to vacuum when we got there and house #4 did not have a washer/dryer, stove, or full size refrigerator and it was more than my friends house #1 that had those amenities included. I would stay here again, only would makw sure I had a house with laundry. Very close to Clarks Hill Lake and a short drive to Augusta ”

”Property was as described. A little bit of cosmetic upkeep would help but nothing major at all! Host very responsive and nice. ”

”Listing stated pets allowed and we were told by the host no pets allowed, we have a service dog which cannot by federal law be removed. Host threatened to shut off electricity and water if we didn’t give him a 200 a day pet deposit, which is also against Federal law, very shady situation, would not recommend to anyone. VRBO handled the situation very well and put us up in another place.”

”Perfect after a long ride. Cozy, clean, and a secure fenced yard for my dog to go afyer being stuck in a car for 8 hours. Has everything you need. Cooked supper amd breakfast. So nice to ne able to sit and watch tv.”

”This was my second time staying here and I will always choose this property when I’m in the area. It is super clean, modern, and in a quiet location that is close to everything. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked and they even left me a bag of ice. The host is very friendly and great with communication. Highly recommend!”
