Located in one of the sunniest areas of Gran Canaria, this bright and spacious duplex is the perfect base for enjoying the island's beautiful beaches, outdoor lifestyle, and year-round sunshine. Ideal for families, couples, or friends, the property comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

The duplex is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and a second full bathroom with a bathtub.

The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Private parking is also included for guests' convenience.

Guests have exclusive access to the communal swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and cooling off under the Canarian sun. Please note that access to the pool requires registration at the building's reception office upon arrival.

The location is excellent, with restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centres, pharmacies, and other essential services within walking distance. The popular golden-sand beach of Puerto Rico and the beautiful Amadores Beach can both be easily reached on foot, while taxis and bus services operate 24 hours a day nearby.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Puerto Rico, one of the most popular holiday destinations in southern Gran Canaria. Guests can enjoy easy access to a variety of restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, and leisure facilities, while still benefiting from a peaceful setting. The nearby Puerto Rico Beach and marina are perfect for relaxing by the sea, enjoying water sports, or joining boat excursions along the coast.

Just a short drive away, guests can visit the stunning Amadores Beach, famous for its calm turquoise waters and golden sand, as well as the picturesque fishing village of Puerto de Mogán. The area is ideal for outdoor activities, including hiking, dolphin-watching tours, golf, and coastal walks, making it an excellent base for exploring Gran Canaria's beauty.

Located in the Puerto Rico area of Mogán, this apartment offers easy access to some of the south coast’s most popular attractions. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and leisure facilities are all nearby, while Puerto Rico Beach and the stunning Amadores Beach are just a short drive away.

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay and explore the island at your own pace, including nearby attractions such as Puerto de Mogán, coastal viewpoints, and mountain villages.

Public buses and taxis are also available nearby, providing convenient connections to other resorts and attractions across southern Gran Canaria.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.

Please note that guest registration is compulsory for those over 14 years of age, and only when completed for all travellers, can access to the property be given.

In case you have paid for the entire booking in advance on your favourite booking platform, you will only need to finalise the online registration process.
