”The penthouse was great! We had a small hiccup on day one with the air conditioning, but we realize that's not their fault. The staff went WAY out of their way to rectify the problem and truly treated us like VIPs for the rest of our stay. They were so good that I reserved the penthouse for another whole week in the future, before I even left the property. I'd like to acknowledge Simon, Dani, Evie, and the phenomenal security team for making our stay truly luxurious and comfortable.”

Jenica was there upon arrive only Because she was cleaning a room, she reassured she was the one I was communicating with on the phone for checking in because this place doesn’t have a main office. AC worked very nice and room and bathroom were very clean. Perfect pricing for last minute reservation. Stayed 3 days 2 nights and would stay again. ”
