”Getting into the room was very frustrating and the code they gave didn’t work. We did message the facility and it was quite a few minutes before they responded.There was an employee of the restaurant that let us in. The Air Conditioner didn’t work and the room was 91*, it made very uncomfortable to say the least.”

”Beautiful property, lack of response from hosts, no interaction at all was a bit disconcerting. The second room with bunk beds can get hot and would benefit from fans as there is only AC in main bedroom. The setting and patio were pretty and the location is fantastic for park entrance. I do not recommend getting there after dark. We did, unintentionally, and it was so confusing to find, there is no signage on gates or at property to let you know you're there. We figured it out but it was rough...

”We enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any problems while we were there. This a self-checkin place, so we didn’t meet any staff but everything was well explained and provided in advance that we didn’t need to contact them. The location is also a few minutes from the village, which is very convenient. The one thing that we were not prepared for was the coyote screams in the middle of night, but now that we know how they sound like we won’t be scared next time.”

”The fireplace worked,but the jet spa didn't, the blinds need replacing & the other window was above the tub,so hard to get to. The mattress was so old & lumpy, I hardly got any sleep, the lazy boy chair didn't stay extended. The Location was great, the area was serene & quaint. Accessible to downtown & restos.”

”Carpet was very dirty. Walking around in it barefoot gave us almost black feet. It need to be deep cleaned. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.”

”The room was okay. There was no air conditioning so it was a little uncomfortable The shower needs.Some maintenance tab is kind of outdated and stained”
