”Wonderful stay in peaceful surroundings with a great view down into Rotorua. Close enough with a car to all the local attractions but far enough away from the busy town centre. Lovely breakfast, very comfortable room and even managed to find time for the hot tub! Would highly recommend! ”

”Vivien was amazing. Very welcoming, gave us lots of information about the things we could do that interested us. Property is very clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast has all you need to start the day. Very close to the redwoods which is a big plus for us as we do love the redwoods. You will see us again Vivien. And oh the bakery you told us about is amazing. ”

”Friendly hosts, Margaret and Rob, cooked up a great breakfast both mornings of our stay and provided good ideas for local dining and sightseeing. The lovely pristine little suite features a very comfortable bed, a small sitting area with very rural views (cows and sheep very close by). The only downside to this rental is its distance from amenities tho there is nice hiking in nearby Otanewainuku Park.”
