”Pool not working, looks bad and in dire need of a renovation. Advertising leads you to think there is some sort of thermal pool or something. There is not.”

”Such a beautiful property. The room and added perks (heated towel rack and bathroom floors) were second to none! The staff was so friendly and focus on making it a perfect stay. We wish we stayed more than one night to take advantage of dinner and amenities. We drove from picton on way to auckland so arrived late and left early! If we ever come back we will stay longer for sure!!”

”We loved this hotel everything about it the rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The even had heated floors in the bathroom wow!!!! Tesa made our breakfast top notch and provided excellent service.”

”Gorgeous view and location. Was unaware that the restaurant was closed due to flooding which was inconvenient as when we booked it said that the restaurant was still operational. Everything was a bit run down but clean and smelled great. Shower appeared to be a bit dirty around the edges and sink took a while to drain and toilet didn't flush well. The resort manager Clare was lovely. Loved the glow worms. Would've been nice to know that the restaurant and a huge majority of the bar area is...

”Perfect stay! Beautiful location, right on the lake shore, and beautiful property. Kayak, spa, sauna, and less than 10 mn drive to downtown Rotorua. Wish we could have stayed longer!”
