”What a lovely setting for a stay in Rotarua! Close enough to town to have easy access while keeping a bit of distance between the amazing geysers and their aromas and antics. Further, the rooms and grounds are a destination in themselves, with the accommodating manager Rajiv Shama and his staff always available to help with questions, reservations, and transportation. Breakfasts were lovely and fast. Take the time to walk the grounds and talk to the parrots. Thoroughly charming. ”

”Room was nice and big. Shelves under bathroom sink need a thorough clean and behind the radiator was quite dusty (I’m asthmatic) but other than that the room was great. The water gets really really hot in the shower but I imagine that the water in the hot springs heats the showers so just something to be aware of especially if you have a baby or young child with you.”
