Located on the ground floor of a small, single-storey building, it includes:
- a room with 2 bunk beds;
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage;
- a shower room with sink and a separate toilet with sink;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area to relax after a day of walking;
- a nice American dining area/bar, in extension of the kitchen with high stools;
- and a covered and furnished terrace, without vis-à-vis, overlooking the green areas of the estate

Pets are not allowed.
