”Manager stated they are under new management. Staff was very helpful. We had a leaky toilet. Someone came but only cleaned up the water. Maybe language was a barrier. But they were friendly. Hoping the new management helps with improvements to the room.”

”Love staying at BW in general, but the only thing i didn’t really like about this property was the wifi not being connected to the Internet and online it states they have wifi. But love the room style and how big the tv on the wall is, just wish it were a smart tv, like other locations.”

”The lobby is nice, but the rooms are outdated. The bathtub was dirty. The dresser in the room handle was broken. It looked like a cheap motel room. The pool had a ring of dirt around it. It doesn’t meet Hilton standard in my opinion. I was just at another Hilton Garden last week and it was pristine.”

”There was no towels in my room. Desk drawer was full of empty bottles. Also there was no plates available at hotel restaurant.”

”It was our 4th or 5th time staying at this property. We always come back because it is clean, good staff, and breakfast. If it had a hot-tub it would be perfect.”

”I am rather unhappy with the hotel as well as my room. The floor that I have been assigned a room has a horrible chemical small which I'm sure is unhealthy.( newly painted walls.. floor molding not yet replaces. Looks shabby… .. my room is at the end of the hall so I had to breathe the fumes all the way. Bathroom slider door does not open all the way and when it was open it blocked access to the room door safety lock. No real closet > only a curtain in front of the back wall with a bit of room...
